    • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days for urgent deliveries.
  • International Shipping:
    • Standard International Shipping: 7-14 business days (may vary based on the destination).
    • Express International Shipping: 3-7 business days for quicker international delivery.

Note: These delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays due to factors such as customs processing, public holidays, or unforeseen events like extreme weather. We will notify you if we anticipate any delays with your shipment.

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.
  • If there are any delays in processing due to stock availability or other factors, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are determined by the destination, weight, dimensions of your order, and the chosen shipping method. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.

  • Domestic Shipping Costs (UAE): Rates are calculated at checkout.
  • International Shipping Costs: Vary by region and are calculated based on weight, size, and shipping method.
    • Customers are responsible for any additional fees related to customs, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on select domestic orders over a certain purchase amount. The free shipping threshold, if available, will be clearly stated during the checkout process or as part of a promotional offer. Free shipping is typically applied to standard shipping methods only.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time.
  • You can also log into your account on our website to check the status of your order and track your shipment directly from there.
  • For international shipments, please be aware that tracking information may take longer to update once your package is in transit.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, you may be required to pay customs fees, duties, and taxes based on your country’s import regulations. These fees are not included in our shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Duties and Taxes: These charges vary by country and are typically collected at the time of delivery by the shipping carrier or customs authorities. We advise customers to check with their local customs office for more information on applicable fees.
  • Delays Due to Customs: International shipments may be delayed due to customs processing in the destination country. These delays are beyond our control, and we recommend allowing extra time when placing international orders.

Shipping Restrictions

We ship to a wide range of countries; however, certain regions may have restrictions on the import of specific items due to legal or logistical reasons. If your order cannot be shipped to your address, we will contact you promptly to arrange an alternative solution or issue a refund.

  • PO Box Addresses: We are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses for certain countries due to carrier restrictions.
  • Remote Locations: Deliveries to remote or rural areas may take longer than the standard delivery times. Additional shipping charges may also apply.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

At Mark & Aira Valve, we take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely. However, we understand that issues may arise during the shipping process. If your order is lost, stolen, or damaged, we will work with you to resolve the issue.

  • Lost Packages: If your package has not arrived within the expected delivery time and the tracking information shows no movement, please contact us at sales@markairavalve.com or call +971567533173. We will work with the courier to track down your package or provide a replacement if necessary.
  • Stolen Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us immediately. We recommend checking with neighbors or the delivery service before reporting the package as stolen.
  • Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the damage and contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package. We will arrange for a return or exchange, and we will cover any costs related to the return shipping of defective or damaged items.

Incorrect or Missing Items

In the event that you receive the wrong product or your order is incomplete, please reach out to us immediately at sales@markairavalve.com. We will resolve the issue by shipping the correct item or sending any missing products as soon as possible.

Returns for Undelivered Packages

  • If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address or failure to collect it from the courier, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for resending the package.
  • In cases where the customer refuses delivery, the package will be returned to us and a refund will be issued minus shipping fees.

Additional Information

  • Order Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us before the order is shipped. Once the order is dispatched, it must be processed as a return.
