At Mark & Aira Valve, we are committed to ensuring the quality of our products and your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return process. Below, you’ll find our return policy, step-by-step instructions for returning items, and information on refunds and exchanges.

Return Policy

  • Eligibility: Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order. Beyond this period, we cannot accept returns, except in the case of defective items.
  • Condition of Returned Items: All returned items must be unused, in new condition, and in their original packaging. Any item that shows signs of wear, damage, or missing components may be subject to denial of return.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom or special-order products, as well as items marked as “final sale,” are not eligible for return unless they are faulty or damaged upon delivery.
  • Defective or Damaged Products: If the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was shipped, please notify us immediately. We will cover return shipping costs for such cases and provide you with a full replacement or refund.

How to Make a Return

  1. Contact Us: Begin by contacting our customer service team at sales@markairavalve.com or by calling +971567533173. Please provide your order number, details of the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization (RA): After reviewing your request, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number, along with detailed instructions for shipping the item back to us. Returns sent without an RA number may not be accepted.
  3. Prepare Your Return: Ensure the item is securely packaged in its original packaging to avoid any damage during transit. Include a copy of the invoice and the RA number inside the package.
  4. Ship the Item: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the package arrives safely. Mark & Aira Valve is not responsible for return packages lost or damaged in transit.
  5. Inspection and Confirmation: Once the returned item arrives at our facility, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.

Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and you will receive a confirmation email once the refund is completed.
  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective product or incorrect item shipped).
  • Exchanges: If you would prefer an exchange rather than a refund, please indicate this when you contact us. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested product is not available, a refund will be issued.
  • Restocking Fee: In some cases, a restocking fee of 10% may apply to returns, particularly for large or high-value industrial products. This fee will be deducted from your refund, and you will be informed if it applies.

International Returns

For international orders, the same return policy applies; however, you will be responsible for all shipping, handling, and any applicable customs fees associated with the return, unless the return is due to a defect or our mistake.

Additional Information

  • Order Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled prior to shipment. Once your order has shipped, it must be processed as a return.
